Edo LG Poll: Dr. Osayande Takes Campaign to Oregbeni Community, Meet with Landlord/Land-ladies

In continuation of his re-election bid for the Ikpoba-Okha Chairmanship seat, Dr. Eric Osayande today met with the landlords and land-ladies of Oregbeni community.

The event which took place at the Oregbeni community Hall became electrified when Dr. Osayande reeled out the various projects attracted and executed in different wards in the local government area as the council Chairman, especially Ward 2 where Oregbeni community is located to include construction and rehabilitation of markets, health centers and schools with modern toilet facilities, sand filling and grading of earth roads, remodeling of abatoir among other laudable developmental projects..

The Ikpoba-Okha PDP chairmanship hopeful assured the landlords and land-ladies that he is ready to consolidate on his previous achievements and execute more immediately he is re-elected and sworn in for second term.

In their response, the excited Oregbeni landlords and land-ladies unanimously praised the antecedents of Dr. Eric Osayande while at the helms of affairs as the Ikpoba-Okha council boss and equally promised to mobilize other inhabitants within their vicinity to ensure he is overwhelmingly re-elected at the council elections.

Present at the campaign parley were the members of the Dr. Eric Osayande's campaign council which were Pastor Blessed Ighiwiyisi, Elder John Adodo, Pastor Festus Imarhiagbe amongst others.

Also on the campaign entourage were the PDP Vice Chairmanship candidate, Hon Osamuyi Idehen, Hon Kingsley Balogban, Barr. Osagie Igbinomwanhia and a host of others.

The re-election campaigns of Dr Eric Osayande continues.

Shaibu, Edo Deputy Governor resumes work in his new office

The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, on Tuesday morning, officially resumed work in his new office at 7, Dennis Osadebey Avenue very close to Edo state government house. This was after noticing that his former office in government house have been locked up by security men attached to government house.  Recall that on Monday, Philip Shaibu claimed that he had not received any official communication for him to relocate to the new office, he also said it was only the civil savants attached to his office that was relocated.  He was seen standing  by the entrance to his former office, which was under lock. He was also seen making a call to an unknown individual, pleading to help him call the governor to know why his former office was locked. Shaibu was also complaining to the unknown individual that he was yet to receive any letter asking him to relocate.
