Evbareke Jenkins Osunde, Describes the Incident as an Act of Crude Bestiality                    The Edo State branch of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria ( ALGON ) has issued a vehement statement of condemnation in response to the rape and murder of Miss Vera Uwaila Omozuwa , a 100-level student of  University of Benin .  The Association in a statement to the media expressed absolute revulsion at the grave crime which took place at a Pentecostal Church in Benin where the UNIBEN student had sought to study in a quiet environment.
