Court Challenge to Illegal, Rigged and Fake Governorship Primary Election Begins
Adamu Maina Waziri, Bala Mande and Dauda Lawal Dare Running Away And Dodging Judicial Procedings
The Federal High Court Gusau was supposed to begin hearing into the lawsuit filed against the conduct of the manipulated 25th May , 2022 Primary Election on Tuesday, 14th June, but all the defendants in the case were mysteriously ( disappeared) absent with no legal representation whatsoever.
Is this a planned attempt to manipulate the Court just as the Primary Election was manipulated ?
If the secretive and dirty plan of Dauda Lawan Dare, Adamiu Maina Waziri and Col. ( rtd) Bala Mande is to frustrate and delay the judicial process, then they are definitely preparing for a huge surprise.
The judge in the case has strictly and sternly given an adjournment till 8th July for the defendants to duly respond to the Court proceeding .
It was alleged that Bala Mande and Dauda Lawal Dare had made deliberate efforts running from one location to another trying to dodge the service of the summons when they fled to Abuja a few days ago . But the officials of the Federal High Court , Gusau finally caught up with all the defendands and properly served the escaping plaintiffs with the judicial summons.
Notable PDP members who were gathered at the Federal High Court in Gusau on Tuesday expressed disappointment condemnation that Adamu Maina Wazi, Bala Mande and Dauda Lawal Dare will seek to waste the valuable time of the party by not showing up for the quick resolution of the pending matter.
The aggregate viewpoint of the huge PDP members who were present in Court was that the three defendants should have been in Court to show that they have " clean hands and good conscience in this case."
Northwest Political Reports gathered that the lead Plaintiff in the lawsuit and a gubernatorial aspirant in the primary election under scrutiny , Dr.( Engr) Ibrahim Shehu Gusau expressed confidence that justice will ultimately be done.
