Adamu Maina Waziri Boasts ‘’Iyorchia  Ayu is my childhood friend, Nothing will happen’’


After running away from and dodging officials of the Federal High Court ,Gusau,  in their bid to serve Dauda Lawal Dare judicial summons recently, the  defendant has embarked on anther  plan along with his  co-defendants to sabotage hearings on serious allegations of fraudulent  nomination exercise. 

Sources close to some top attorney’s chambers in both Gusau  and Abuja reveal that the defendants in the suit challenging the governorship nomination exercise conducted by Adamu Maina Waziri  May 25th are working on a strategy to frustrate the judicial endeavor with baseless technicalities  and unnecessary adjournments. In the last hearing earlier in June, none of these three defendants (Adamu Maina Waziri, Col. Bala Mande( rtd ) and Dauda Lawal Dare  made any form of appearances in response to the court despite being properly served notices.

Information gathered by North West Report allege that the defendants are devising other dirty legal tricks to make a mockery of the next hearing scheduled for Friday, 8th July. The Judge had issued a stern warning at the last hearing that the court intends to begin earnest examination of the lawsuit on the 8th.

In the judicial matter initiated by 3 out of the 4 Zamfara  State  PDP Governorship candidates in the May 25th Governorship nomination exercise, the plaintiffs pointedly declare that the so-called primary was incurably defective as the nomination process  clearly violated both the constitutional provisions  of the PDP and the regulations of INEC.

The plaintiffs Dr. (Engr) Ibrahim Shehu Gusau , Aliyu Hafiz Muhammad and Mallam Wadatau Madawaki are asking the court to nullify the fake governorship theatre that was staged under the committee chairmanship of Adamu Maina Waziri.

Meanwhile, Adamu  Maina Waziri has allegedly been bragging and boasting that his acts of egregious  impunity in the Zamfara Primary Election will neither be remedied nor cancelled  because of his familiarity with the PDP national Chairman ( Prof.Iyorchia Ayu) whom he described as an’’ intimate and childhood friend’’.

It is expected that there will be a formidable media presence at the Federal Court in Gusau on the 8th of July to ensure that the struggle for transparent Democracy will be given due exposure for the betterment of the PDP and the country. Critical stake holders of the party are also watching anxiously and carefully.

Shaibu, Edo Deputy Governor resumes work in his new office

The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, on Tuesday morning, officially resumed work in his new office at 7, Dennis Osadebey Avenue very close to Edo state government house. This was after noticing that his former office in government house have been locked up by security men attached to government house.  Recall that on Monday, Philip Shaibu claimed that he had not received any official communication for him to relocate to the new office, he also said it was only the civil savants attached to his office that was relocated.  He was seen standing  by the entrance to his former office, which was under lock. He was also seen making a call to an unknown individual, pleading to help him call the governor to know why his former office was locked. Shaibu was also complaining to the unknown individual that he was yet to receive any letter asking him to relocate.
